Return Policy

All items in our shop are preowned and sold via consignment unless otherwise noted. Little Chickadee is not affiliated with the brands we resell, and all copyrights are reserved for the original designer.

At Little Chickadee, every item we sell is pre-loved, so we inspect each piece carefully before listing it — but we also want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here's how returns work.

Maternity and children's clothing items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, for store credit only. No cash or original-payment-method refunds are issued.

To return an item, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return within 14 days of purchase. You can then either bring it back during our designated pick-up/office hours or mail it back to us within 21 days of purchase.

Store credit will be issued once we've received and inspected the returned item, and can be used toward any future purchase with no expiration. Item(s) must be in the same condition it was received (no new stains, damage, or odors) and Little Chickadee tags and original tags (if any) must still be attached.

Everything outside of maternity and children's clothing — including gear, furniture, and toys — is sold as-is and final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued on these items.

Try Before You Buy (Larger Items & Gear)

Want to see a larger item or piece of gear in person before you commit? We're happy to help. Contact us and we'll coordinate a time for you to view it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
