How to Consign
Consignment drop-off is by appointment only.
First-time consignors must wait while we review your items. After your first visit, if you want us to donate any unaccepted items, you may drop-off at your appointment time and then leave. Please click below to schedule an appointment.

PREP YOUR ITEMS
All items need to be from a smoke-free environment, in good condition, laundered, in sellable/workable condition, ironed if necessary, free of stains, rips, holes, damage, dust, and odor and laid neatly without hangers and ready to go (buttons and snaps fastened) when given to us. If an item does not meet our standards we reserve the right not to sell that item.
All toys need to be cleaned and have fresh batteries. Please make sure all parts and pieces are included.
We are not experts in the safety of apparel or gear, and we do not repair items, so please do not provide us with anything if you have any reason to believe that it could be unsafe for our customers or is no longer working as intended.
Items must be in current style, roughly no more than 3 years old. Please visit our What We Accept page for a current list of brands and items we are accepting.
PAYOUTS
You can redeem your account balance in store credit or payout via Zelle and Venmo, with ACH coming soon. Payouts can be requested via our Payout Request Form.
We process payouts once per week on Thursdays for requests submitted by 11:59pm on Wednesday. We will pay out your balance for items sold prior to 14 days from the payout because we allow returns. You can check your balance and see an item's sold date on the consignor portal at anytime.
Little Chickadee is not responsible for unreceived payments due to incorrect account information provided by you.
